If you are a startup or simply a person with app idea then you must be having some constraints. Not enough time, not enough money, not enough man power but what if i told you, it’s actually a good problem to have.

Constraints are good if you use them wisely.

We all have limited resources. There will never be enough resources. So instead of complaining about constraints, use them for your own betterment.

1. Not Enough Money

This is the number one constraint that we all have. Money is needed for everything, but do you really require that much? In this mobile app business, all the required resources needed to build your mobile app are Free or Cheap.

If you have less money then you are bound to come up with a MVP (Minimum Viable Product) quickly. You won’t have scope to try many things. You are tied to come up with a working product thus you are needed to brainstorm & make your app mock ups while talking with your real end users.

Less money will stop you from spending it in sloppy way. You will think twice while spending it on irrelevant marketing channels. You will use guerrilla marketing tactics to come up with great ways to reach to niche.

This is the second top constraint. Salaries of employees are one of the biggest cost of your business so having less human resources is good for profitability of your mobile app business .

Your team needs to wear many hats. Having smaller team leads to lesser meetings (which is big time sucker).

3. Not Enough Time

If you’re constraint is lack of time & if money is not the problem for you then you can outsource some of your work to the virtual assistant . You can automate & build processes so that you can limit your daily involvement in your business.
